A career bio: I have over a decade of experience in user experience (ux content strategy and content design) across product development organizations, brand, and marketing teams. I’ve scaled content teams, implemented transformative frameworks to grow org maturity, and integrated design systems to support automation efforts and consistent experiences. My career journey has taken me from writing and storytelling in media and entertainment to leading large-scale ux content design initiatives at global organizations.
